"That motor runs gooder than hell !"
Hey guys, last week I ordered up a set of hornblasters train horns. They came in today, and I am very impressed with the quality of all of the parts. All the fittings are brass, all hardware is stainless, the viair compressor seems to be pretty nice as well.
Tonight I mounted the compressor inside my toolbox, and I have two things I'd like some input on. One is the intake for the compressor, my tool box isn't totally sealed but has foam around the top and was wondering if I should pipe out the intake just to ensure a good supply of air? Also I was toying with the idea of adding in an air chuck for tires and whatnot. What would be the best way to plumb that in, wouldn't just a simple Tee in the main feed line from the compressor work fine?
I'll be sure to take pictures and will post a video as well
