Took the bug shield off today? Better?

I finally took off the bug shield today, cleaned up the mess that was under it, and waxed the area. It's been on there since I bought the truck in October/2007 - New.
I'm starting to like the 'cleaner look'.

What do you guys think? (for those who aren't on my Facebook *cough* Roger )

Way better and for all the miles you put on the shield isn't really needed, besides it just rains up there, no bugs, right?

That's true Nick. It rarely gets driven much anymore. . There are bugs, but I don't seem to find them.
I drive the Ram, when I can swipe it.

Thanks for the opinions. I should have removed it years ago. There is some missing paint, from right behind in the middle. I guess it beat the crap out of the hood in that area.
