I have cut back quite a bit.I used to smoke a pack a day but I'm down to 1/2 pack now.I can make a carton last about 2 1/2 weeks .Problem is,I still enjoy having a smoke.

Small amount of smokeless. More of a bad habit than an addiction. I can go all day without one if it doesn't cross my mind.
