10 mpg in traffic pulling a boat? I'd be happy with that.
Hell, I just made a trip to Iowa and back pulling a 6'x12' U-Haul trailer. On the way there, empty, I got 12.3 mpg. coming home, bed was full and trailer maybe half full (bed and small dresser and some other light/bulky items) and I got 11.5 mpg.
I drove 65-70 the entire time. cruise on 95% of the time.

Today's commute with no boat.. Morning and evening..
Your truck leaks too much to get any kind of fuel economy...

This is what I get on the Silverado if I keep it at 55mph with CC on.
Well it was Sunday. Other than some stop lights, there wasn't much traffic.
