You just had to mention tires, didn't you? I been thinkin'...

Do it!

I am on the hunt. I need to see how much Duratrac I can stuff in there after I get the MAXXCam level kit installed.

Are you still going down in the rear or are you lifting the front?

Going up. 34 inch Nitto trails or 34 inch Toyo MTs

Been up in the sticks with an equipment trailer, and this winter I will need the clearance

Gotcha. I went and looked up that kit after I asked. I will tell you, these Toyos AT2's are wearing really well and are nice and quiet, for what they are. The compound change worked as these are wearing much better than the AT's I had on the blue Sierra.

Check out the Hercules Trail Digger M/T, they're cheaper than the Toyo's and Nittos, and the the only bad reviews I've found so far, are rock crawling sidewall issues on the 2 ply/load range C tires.

If all goes as planned these will be on the truck Saturday.

Oh and I bought something else today...

Leer 100xl. It was a great deal and in very good condition.

I'll post more/better pics once tires are mounted and truck is clean.

ANOTHER "old man cap" on here?! :willy: :uhoh: :jester:

 I know! I really have wanted one for a while, but never bad enough to pay new price. I was searching around a couple nights ago for a used truck for my father in-law and came across this cap. The couple is moving this weekend and needed it gone. They were asking $500 for it. I went and looked at it thinking it probably wasn't in good shape. I was wrong. It's in very good shape. Offered $400 and they said yes.

I figure as little as I am out on the deal I shouldn't have an issue pawning it off later on.

I'm just trying to keep some mods going. Right now it's Dan/Jarrodmodtheirtruckcentral.com
:p
