Thanks man.

I installed them last Christmas Eve. Two tire rotations and 11,000 miles later with minimal wear. No complaints so far. They ride well and are extremely quiet for an AT tire although the noise has increased slightly since. They handle better in the rain than the OEM Goodyears. We didn't get much snow last year and my truck doesn't see the mud so I can't comment on snow and mud performance.

Those look great!
Those are the tires I'm considering for my next set. Either the ST's (a little less aggressive) or the STT's.

Do you have or have had them? I'd be interested to see how long they've been lasting people.

At the only store in town that carries Cooper (Blain's Farm & Fleet or else Mill's Fleet Farm),
265/75R16
ST = $190
STT = $200
285/75R16
ST = $190
STT = $215
265/70R17
STT = $215.
So for the price difference, the STT is better off.

Those pictures of the STT's are my old 97. I had some front end problems for a while so they were wearing a bit uneven but I had about 15-20k on them with close to 1/2 tread left. One of the best wearing mud tires I've ever seen. Also they are awesome on snow and surprisingly not excessively deadly on ice. A real highway tire will always be your best bet on ice but those guys did better than any other MT and most AT's that I've seen. I never got stuck with them in the mud but I'm not a hardcore mudder just out in the farm fields and light trails on a buddies property. There are definitely better mud tires out there but I doubt there's a better all around tire out there especially at the price.

Yeah, I haven't been on there since Lucky persuaded me over to L13 but now that one's been gone for a couple years.

Holy shit, I forgot all about L13. :lol: I can't even remember the last time I logged into CTW.

I checked in there a while back just to see if it was still alive. Barely anyone on. I found out that I am still the NM Chapter President though, so I guess I better carry that clout and authority over to this site.......it just transfers, right? :rollin:
