I'm looking at getting some new Goodyear Wrangler AT/S tires for my truck (72000 miles on the old ones) and I am wondering if anyone has had any experience going to a Tire Barn Warehouse? Would you go to a discount tire place like this or would you recommend going straight to a Goodyear store for the tires? TIA

I would go to a tire store if you plan on getting another 72k out of your tires. 72,000 miles out of tires is nice!

Never personally heard of tire barn, but I purchased my tires and wheels from the discount tire about 45 mins. away, I had great luck with them, had a minor issue with the wheels, but it was quickly resolved. There wouldn't be much reason to go to a goodyear store

Yeah I'm a huge fan of 70K+ miles on my tires. Just wanted to see what your thoughts were on the discount tires chains. The price at both the Tire Barn and at the Goodyear store are very comparable but its more convenient to go to Tire Barn so I think I will go there. Thanks for your opinions guys.

I think I would pay a little more and then expect long term great service out of a Goodyear store, especially if the tires are going to last that long. That's great.

Long term it might just be worth the few extra bucks.
