I'm too COOL (lazy) to Choose a Custom Title!!!
...at least for light trailers that are bent on vibrating your teeth out.
Never tried them before and glad I did. My little boat trailer was absolutely awful to pull from the tires being so out of balance. Any speed over 30 could be felt in the truck and 55 was rough enough to vibrate fuel out of the carb and detonate beer cans.
Thought about getting them balanced normally but the tire shops were too expensive and I didn't like the idea of the clip on or glue on weights for getting dunked and drug through sand and mud (especially on steel galvanized or painted rims)
Went to amazon and bought a 1 oz/ 1 oz counteract bead kit for balancing little scooter tires ($20). I thought I ordered the 2x2oz kit but must have gotten confused when I put it in the basket. I guess the larger diameter made up for the lack of mass. Even with having less than I needed they still do a good job at smoothing out the ride.
Not sure if I would put them in a wide truck tire but they are working great in these little donut boat trailer tires.
