yes sir. W e had a friend there with a 1200 hp 2010 camaro that was shooting for 210-215, but ended up blowing both turbos. W e will be back there in october for the next one.

This car just got a new aero package that had never been run before. I guess the official story is that it created too much down-force causing it to lose control.

It's a fun but very scary event. In the one back in october we saw a guy on a vrod go down towards the end of the track and it was ridiculous. Before that accident i was dead set(no pun intended) on racing my bike out there, but after seeing that and knowing the guy passed away....im perfectly ok with being on the sidelines drinking

I had talked with Kelly (Bise) back in January at a show. The motor was detuned to 2800 HP because they couldn't keep a transmission together for it last time they ran. His two biggest concerns were the driveline holding up and keeping the car on the ground.

He already knew Hennessy was bringing the big gun out and would be his biggest competition at the event. They'll be back racing soon!
