This thing looks like a Fiat from the 70s, but it's an Agrale TX-1100 (payload around 2500lbs.), fitted with a Hatz 1.3L 40hp 2-cyl aircooled diesel engine.

I took that picture near the same place I saw a Chevy Volt for the first time
