Yes it does have silver cut flames extending down from the bright green panel.
Yes the license plate says "MHIGH" signifying their mental state when they decided they were going to do this.
Sadly I've been seeing a half dozen compensatory vehicles driving around in the last few months...dont they know there is a pill for that?

OK, it's not the most reasonable way to deal with that problem, but it actually looks nice.
