For the record the rims were chrome when I bought them. Then I had them stripped and powder coated.

I love black wheels. I think they look so much better than chrome. All chrome wheels remind me of the cheesy old lifted trucks from the 80's. IMO

The guys at the tire shop were all crowded around when they rolled off the delivery truck. They had not seen a set yet either.
