When you go to change it, all ya gotta do is open that lil door on the tape/cd storage compartment just below the tape deck, then undo the two screws in there. Then that whole top part will pop off. Once you undo them 2 screws, the rest is just clips holding it on to the rest of the console. To remove the tape deck, theres just two release tabs on the sides of it. Its easy, no tools even needed. Then just pop your "pocket" in its place.
