FALSE. Not in high speed off roading. Granted non of the peeps would use them to their fullest it. The longer the wheel base the smoother the ride. Proven fact in the off road world for desert racing and prerunning.
Well, that's a total fanboy stretch if I ever saw one. I'm sure .001% of the Raptors will be used for high speed off road racing. I'm equally sure people will be lining up to race the 6000 pound crewcab!
Ford has been touting the Raptors extreme off road capability in the rough stuff. Added length reduces the ability to maneuver in rough stuff. It's obvious they intend to sell it to Mall Crawler Soccer Moms. I don't blame them one bit!
