People looked at me the same way when I used to have a Handicapped parking permit. My back flared up to the point that I couldn't work and I could barely walk. I never had a walker, but I did use a cane for a while. I have learned to manage my back pain with steroid injections about once a year, and a fistful of pills every day. Hopefully I can get off some of these meds after I lose weight and strengthen my back some more.
Good luck to you brother, I know how bad back pain is and I feel for you man.

Sorry to hear this. I judge people for parking in handicapped spots, but it's usually when they hop out and run into the store
