Kinda fWONked up that people think they guy can't have nice truck if he lives in trailer, mobile home or manufactured home.

I don't live in one myself but would not think that it would have anything thing to do with his truck. I wonder how many people here have been offened by that comment and are good hard working family people that live in what they choose or can afford and they just got slammed.
Not every one was born with silver spoon, have been givin mom and dads old house or have won the lottery. Most bust ass every day for what they have and are more than proud to call that trailer house home......because they earned it and bought it with sweat equity.

No one was knocking living in a trailer, especially me. I lived in one when I was young. My mother had no way to provide more on her own.

That said, we NEVER had anything else, especially a vehicle, that cost MORE than the trailer. That's just dumb. Vehicles depreciate, most houses, for most of history, appreciate. Having that truck and living in a trailer makes ZERO financial sense.

IMO.

The point is ya'll are taking it WAY out of context.

It's simply the age old irony. The truck costs more than the house. Sure, you could say "He can spend his money the way he wants", and you'd be right. But the simple fact remains. The guy has a $70,000 dollar tricked out truck sitting in front of a single wide. Its hilarious.

FWIW, I lived in a doublewide for about 3 years of my youth

Well I sure am glad that your the moral authority on what one should own if they do live in trailer or are we going to call it moble home or manufactured home? That trailer is the mans home and if that's where he chooses to live and then gets knocked for having an expensive truck is just shitty because people think it makes no financial sence. Like you said just your opinion.

He said it was HIS opinion. Not what was right or wrong. We aren't all douche's that are judging the guy, it is just ironic that he's got "100k+" truck parked infront of a mobile home or whatever you deemed the correct term was.

Do what you have to do but I hope you can calm down and realize how big a deal this thread really isn't.

From a financial perspective, if that's really even his house, this really doesn't make sense. Yes, it's his choice, I just disagree with it. I'm allowed to, just like you are allowed to disagree with me.

We should stop here.

I think everybody got their point across and a few things got misunderstood. Sometimes the "sarcasm" that comes with a message board like this one get a little out of control.

I really don't think anyone is making fun of anyone here.

Let's all chill a bit.
