Alright peoples... It's time for me to start looking for new shocks...

Comfort is secondary, I want performance/control first...

Comfort is nice, but it's nothing compared to taking corners and riding level

KYB Gas Adjust.

I've had them on many vehicles and ALWAYS been pleased with them. They aren't priced bad either.

That's just the limited fit chart. On many vehicles I have had to pull a shock, measure compressed and extended and do a little hunting. I've always found a suitable model. It's really worth it man.

According to the KYB website, they don't make front shocks for a 4WD, unless they're the same parts as a 2WD...

The front shocks are different on a 2wd. The go thru the coil spring on a 2wd, but you have torsion bars on a 4wd.

Length is the only concern. As long as they mount the same and have sufficient travel, they are cool.

After doing some digging... Summit carries some for the front of a 4WD apparently, so we'll see...

I'm also ordering a flaming river u-joint so I don't have that pesky rag joint in the steering...

Hopefully, next pay check I can start ordering parts...

Other suggestions are still welcome :)
