Thought I'd keep it simple. :D

That's the best choice I've seen yet.

wow id totally rock that if i were you thats a cool color and its probably hardly used. at least this brown doesnt look like poo its different.

if you want a nice red, look at the caddy color. even the white diamond is sweet but its expensive.

 Bingo, I NEED to be different. Plus the paint on my truck looks more like UPS brown in direct sunlight anyway :fume::D

I may still look into having some reddish brown LED's mounted behind the plate somehow, 2 separate people have insisted I do somethng like that which would help the skidplate stand out, nothing tacky, not sure though.

Ok, so the rootbeer candy samples arrived last and the 3lbs, and I HATED the way it looked in person, looks almost like a drab transparent light warm brown. Granted they were small flat panels, but the color didn't seem as vibrant as the examples I found online.

Figured I'd try one last place for powder, NIC Industries. hey have more powder colors than anyone on the planet.

They didnt have a rootbeer, but I asked the gal to send me as many samples as she could find in that family, copper, orange..etc

I've picked one I like, it's lighter, brighter and warmer in color than the rootbeer. It's a transparent copper.

Here are a few examples I found online. The sample I got isn't as yellow as these, but that could also be the reflection of the candy. I'll se if I can photograph it later and see how the color holds up on film. It's a nice, classy color, but def more like shiny copper than the rootbeer. I think it's still look good against the black and it seems unique enough that nobody really uses this color on their truck as an accent color.

The guy at KING shocks is waiting patiently on a swatch sample from me, so I need to decide by tomorrow what color to have them match the anodizing on.
