Good rule of thumb is to not mix chemicals. Bleach with any cleaner is not good.

Oh and don't put a swimming pool chlorine tablet in you toilet bowl tank thinking it will keep it clean. Don't ask!!!!!!!

I'm sure you had to replace the flush valve and flapper and all after that.

Not to mention the strong chlorine smell in the bathroom.

Does anyone here remember using a propane powered burners for finding R-12 leaks on AC systems? When you found a leak the flame would turn green. They didn't know it at the time, but the reaction between the flame and R-12 was making phosgene.

Freon sucked into the intake of a running engine also creates noxious gas. It'll bring tears to your eyes and send you packing!

Yeah I still got a few of them in my storage somewhere, I think we called them Halide torches or something like that.
