Huh?? The flange is round. 5.5"

Yes, it is an oval shaped filter, but the CAI tube flange that it attaches to is most certainly round

Must be different for the newer trucks, lol. I know the 2012 or 2013 and newer trucks have an extra sensor near the MAF, where I only have the MAF.
