I don't trust service centers or hardly any car places with my stuff.

Especially around us

No joke. the only place I really like is firestone right behind Wendys on 278. they are pretty cool and you can see your vehicle through the window . they usually let me go back there and watch

I do everything! And I mean everything to our fleet of cars and trucks. The only thing I havent done is rebuild the engines and trans myself.

THIS. I get some things done if I feel I can't handle it though. Like I paid a guy to replace the front struts on my wifes Altima because I didn't have a spring compressor and honestly didn't wanna go thru the trouble of borrowing or renting one.
I do everything from replacing an AC compressor to installing a remote starter.

The only reason I wouldn't do a trans rebuild myself is lack of space... And time

Haven't had to do much of anything to the truck but I do all the oil changes, tire rotations and the regular greasing of all the fittings. I can see myself doing most of the maintenance things to my truck as I continue to learn just so I can have the satisfaction of doing it myself. And because shop rate is $100+ here haha. But there is one mechanic at work I would let touch my truck if I couldn't do something myself.

The poll needs something more than just yes or no. On the wife's truck I do it all, except for the oil changes. On my truck, because it won't fit in the garage and the driveway has a steep slope, I let a shop do most of it.
