The hose from rear shocks make a loop that was pushing the reservoir out topwards the tire, causing it to rub intermittently. The reservoir is held onto the shock body with hose clamps. To fix the the issue, I'm mounting the reservoir horizontally towards the bacl of the wheel well. This will easily clear the tires, plus, I took the Fox blue and black stickers off and had red and balck ones made to better match my truck. It will be easier to see them.
This is what I was talking about. In the pic below you can see how the hose coils around. This was forcing the reservoir to push out towards the tire causing them to rub.
