Reverse Lights

Manual or automatic? Check the park/neutral/reverse safety switch. Also, on a lot of vehicles the switch is on the linkage.

If it's an automatic, when you shift to reverse does the indicator line up perfectly? With someone watching the lights, try shifting slowly from park to drive and see if they flash on at any point. If they do then it's a simple adjustment, if not, probably a bad switch or plug that came off.

They don't flicker at any point, I might have to check this out.
