Regular Bed Width Measurement

I know it might be a small PITA, but I need a measurement from lip to lip on a standard NBS/GMT 800 bed. I'm not sure if over the years they've changed slightly or not that's why I'm asking for specific year(s).

The picture shows what I need. Also a measurement of the lip height itself.

If someone could take a pic from behind looking down the rail so I could see the lip itself I would REALLY appreciate it.

Trying to get a feel of what kind of fabrication I need to do on a piece to convert the top of my Pro-tec box on my '02 Silvy to fit a Roll N Lock.

My 2006 measures 61 11/16" between the rails, but mine has those factory plastic caps on them which will make my measurement narrower. Bit right at the end where tailgate is it measures 61 78" metal to metal.
