Well I purchased the lights from Catocin off-road, they had the cheapest price for them with the harness. The total for them came to $125 which was much cheaper than the factory units.
So I began by tearing apart the interior. I started by pulling off the pillars. Then I removed the sun visors, and slowly began to pull down the headliner, there are two velcro strips holding the front of the headliner. Once they were loose it came down and slid foward and out. With that done, I went up to the roof. I had found measurements that a guy over on GMFS(I think?) had taken from a set of factory lights. I ran them at 6" back following the curve of the roof. I taped up around the area so I could mark and drill without risking the paint.
Taped up:
Then I went to drilling, the outer lights had a large (3/4" or 7/8") hole to help center them up , and the middle had a smaller (1/2") hole just to fit the plug through.

Once I had all of them mounted up I went inside to begin the wiring. I grommeted the holes in the second roof layer to prevent the wires from rubbing, and taped them up

I ran the wires down the drivers side pillar and soldered into the parking light circuit near the headlight switch, and grounded to a bolt below the dash. Then reinstalled everything and I was good to go.
Final Product:
I'll try to get a couple pics tommorrow while it's still fairly clean on them overall.
