All I can say is, that Vegas powdercoater sure is lucky I am busy with the house cause I'd be calling him everyday bugging him, or have the authorities or someone local check on him....the guy has dissappeared off the face of the earth with my springs. What a piece of work he is, amazing how someone running a business can do that to customers. He's had my stuff for well over a month now and I haven't heard from him in weeks.

I would be getting the law involved.

Negative, afraid I will never see my springs again if I do that. Trying to take a firm angle but not threatening him in anyway.

Might have to soon. The problem is, I found out after sending him my springs he does this all the time. He's not trying to steal my springs, I think he just get's too much work, he has some big corporations he does work for and forgets about certain smaller customers.

Yup, at this point I may just assume I'll never see the springs ever again. KING shocks must think I'm a quack, even though this is totally out of my hands at this point. Anyone here live in Utah? It's not Vegas he's from, he's in SL, UT.

I would be getting the law involved.

So I finally had enough of this guy and his BS.

Over a month ago when I told him to send the raw stripped springs back to me and I would find another powder coater. Emails me on 11/30 claiming they were en route.

Don't see them and it's 12/11, so I email him asking wtf is going on. Another fabricated lie, tells me the label got destroyed and UPS need my address again. Tries to make good of the situation by saying careful when opening the box, there is something in there for my troubles.

This guy is a piece of work. So, here we are a few days from Christmas and my springs are still nowhere to be found.

Called the Herriman police department in Utah. Filed a complaint, not much they can do they say, it's considered a bad business transaction.

Officer is going over to his residence to talk to him and see what the deal is, this may make matters worse now, I'm guessing I'll never see my springs now. Don't feel like putting out another $240 for another set of springs because of this douchebag.

NOBODY under any circumstance should ever use unkowncoatings.com in Utah run by Shawn S. Unless you want the runaround for several months.

That was fast. Officer already called me back. He talked to him and Shawn claims the springs are supposed to be here today or tomorrow. He is going to provide a tracking number. The officer will call me back with the tracking info so we can se if he's telling the truth. I'll believe it when I have them in my possession. What a complete waste of my time and money, wow.
