Oh, and the all the new stuff won't go on my truck until the trans issue is resolved. I may have to look into a HD trans if it's not an easy fix. I'm really concerned about that as it had become worse, plus don't want shops scratching my new parts up. Ill wait until next spring to install everything if i have to.

The clear powder REALLY knocked down the 'real chrome' reflective appearance of the chrome powder, but in a good way I think.

The chrome powder requires a top coat since it's NOT UV stable. Looks close to the polished ss, maybe a bit more like polished aluminum now.

Of course I found many blemishes on the springs, which annoys me. He blamed it on the clear, claims they might flow out over time. Hope they're not noticeable once assembled.
