NOX sensor replaced this time. What a POS implementation. I'd mention the fact that i never had a problem with the DPF system on my VW sportwagen, but we now know that's because it wasn't doing anything :D

Oh it's getting deleted...jsut a matter of timing...will probably happen in january. I'm gonna go with what you have pretty much I think (stunning I know!). S&B intake, 4" flo-pro catback and PPEI tow/trans tunes, FASS 150. if the kids complain about hearing the fass in the back seat, i'll sump the tank to quiet it down.

one question i have is that I'm not seeing a 4" catback for 15.5-16. is that because 11-15 part works since it's not dealing with the down pipe and the 3 bolt flange?

I think cat back is all the same, yes.

If you're never going to exceed 550 - 600hp, the FASS 95 is significantly more quiet, lol. And has no risk of collapsing the factory draw straw.

Yep that one will fit

Go with the FASS 150. I had the concerns when I bought it, and you can’t hear the damn thing. Your kids will be fine. Just install it exactly as the instructions call out. I don’t use the factory pick up lines. I followed all the instructions

With the 150, you're prepped for compounds... Gotta keep your EGTs low while towing ;)

One thing, go with the muffler version, and not the straight pipe. It sounds SO much better than that raspy straight pipe shit. I get compliments on it from the the guys on our street at work  Lots of modded diesels in this industrial area, and our neighbor actually had a FloPro muffler added to his PowerStroke after hearing mine drive off for a few months.

I'm old so I was planning on the muffler already but that recommendation seals it.

The 5" isn't anywhere near as raspy as a straight pipe 4"... But a muffler/resonator makes it better.

Just a resonator makes a huge difference... Keeping the catalytic converter is pretty much the same as a resonator.... Mine didn't get really obnoxious until the cat was gone, lol.

I did get to hear one other finally that still had the cat, like mine, that had no muffler. Yeah it is definitely not like a straight Powerstroke, but it had some drone in the cab. That little FloPro muffler does the trick. I think it is just a resonator like you said. It’s a short bastard
