Pros vs Cons to adding rear sliding window?

I need pros vs cons to adding the rear sliding window on my truck. This would be something I am thinking of doing down the road but I still would like your opinions.


Give it to me (advice) that is. Knowning someone on this group would take it to the wrong topic. :lol:

No defrost option on the slider... Unless they added them for the new ones

They did! My 15 has it. Before, yes that was a valid point.
I have electric slide, defrost etc and I shudder at the cost of adding it aftermarket

I am going to research it more before I decide on adding it but good to know that the newer trucks have them.

Compare "added" vs. "installed from the factory."

I'm thinking "added" might not have all the features that "installed at the factory" has. :dunno:
