A mid-90's Civic wouldn't need aero mods for a hypermiling project

Get one of those with the 1.3L engine, strip its interior trims as much as you can, delete the cab heater (could even consider to also delete the A/C or try to run its compressor with an electric motor - altough it would add a few pounds wouldn't take too much power away from the engine), among other easy, cheap tricks...
