Planning to lift, suggestions?

I think I would rather paint your rims black than trade for steelies.. but thats just me.. You could save some money by staying with your original and possibly painting and spending rest on wheels/lift

thanks for the suggestion but I will not be painting my rims. I would like a wider rim than my stock rims and I have seen my rims painted black and they do not look good IMO don't want to offend anyone

Mickey Thopmson Baja Claws are a damn nice tire, definately 18's with a 6" lift.

that's what I'm thinking, 18" wheels and how do the baja claws wear? I heard they go fast

No clue man, but the more often you rotate them the better they will wear. Read some reviews on tire rack and you can get a better idea about wear.

i got the 6in rcx.. its sweet.. stop by steves offroad in mobile thats where i got mine! :thumbs:

those don't look half bad I'm gona look into them

My dad has the same model truck as yours and got 52k out of his. and they performed great on highway and mud never went in any snow though. Dick Cepek and mickey thompson are the same company as well. so that should explain the good quality. and as for the baja claws i debated them for my next tire as well since i love my ATZ's it's just so many choices now a days :uhoh: :lol:
