No, that's not a banana in my pants.
Illuminated door sills seems to be getting more and more popular on newer cars. It was an option on the new Altima we bought a few months ago. But it was part of a "trim package" full of other useless bullshit that was just a waste of money. We got the options that we actually like for once, and we were able to NOT get the useless crap we didn't want.
