It's not separating from the water... so its not oil or anything important.

Unsolved mystery! :drinking:

Since you were playing around and got it stuck...you probably punched it a few times...trying to get it UN stuck.

It could be a little bit of coolant that came from the overflow tank and ran down the frame rail and dripped off onto the snow.

Regular coolant of kinda of a green/yellow color.
Dexcool is orange.

Not coolant. It's the Chrysler HOAT stuff which is orange/red (NOT Dex though, it's different). There was also none near the front of the vehicle.

The puddles on the driveway were before I got stuck, so it didn't have anything to do with getting stuck.

Once i got stuck, i didn't try really hard to get out because i knew it'd be an easy tug for the Commander... so it wasn't ever close to overheating. I only tried to get it out for a minute or two.

And finally, once stuck there weren't any green spots even in the vicinity of the engine compartment.

I'm fairly confident it wasn't coolant.

It might have been coolant or Freon.

Ok... how about this...

My tractor is used to cut grass. So there was probably plenty of green crap left over inside the wheels and frame. The first few times i plowed my driveway snow got packing in the wheels/frame/fenders/etc. Then i parked in my garage.

During the night the snow melted and absorbed all the green grass juices (that just sounds funny ). Then, when i went out in the morning for the final driveway clearing, the melted green juice leaked our of the rims/frame/etc/wherever. I didn't notice it until i got the jeep stuck... and then attributed it to the jeep.

That's the story and im sticking to it :drinking::fingersx:
