Dear Photobucket Members,

We apologize for the most recent site outage that continues to impact you. While our systems are coming back online, unfortunately, you are part of a small group of Members that are still affected and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We experienced a total power outage at our primary datacenter. Because of the abrupt nature of the power outage, our system wasn’t able to utilize backup processes to stay online without interruption. Many of our systems have come back online and we are making progress so that our site is available to all Members. The process for some Members has taken longer than expected and we are working diligently to bring the site up as fast as possible without compromising any photos on the site. Most importantly, your photos are safe!

I’m sorry, I understand your frustration as well as the hardship you may have experienced over the past weeks. We all rely on trusted digital partners to make our lives easier and when they let us down it’s irritating and disruptive.

We’ve learned a lot from this experience and we are taking major steps to prevent this from happening again. We continue to work around the clock until the website is fully functional for every Member and we will keep you updated as things progress. Over the next few months, our focus will shift to rolling out a new website and new mobile apps, built on a more reliable platform.

Thank you for your commitment and loyalty to Photobucket!

Ted

They say "shit happens!" We don't have to like it, but we're expected to live with it. :frustration:

128 build is done

Getting a custom ECM map uploaded this weekend to match my build, and then we are off to Milwaukee on May 17 for a dyno tune by the guys that built the engine parts

Should be 140hp/140tq with the build list I put in the engine

Nice! Who did you go with? Fuel Moto?

I'll probably do the motor in my bike this coming winter. Not sure I'll go that hard at it, but it could definitely use a boost.

Agreed! i've got their intake and their tune on the bike now. They've been stellar at tweaking my tune by email too. I'll be going with them for everything for the build as well, and doing the ride out there for dyno tuning too. I've got family in northern Il, so it'll give me time to hang too :)

That's cool! They have a hotel across the street that you get a deal at if you are having work done. We are going to try and bonzai there in 2 days, and then hand over th bikes...and chill for a day and a half while they get it done.

We were supposed to then go straight to NYC, so my buds could get pics of them and their CVOs in Times Square, and then head up to Maine...obviously, those plans have changed

We headed out, and intended to go to Maine by the time we fought our way to WI.
That week, all northern states had a storm...it rained, snowed, and blew the entire way. It was hell. The rain was like nothing I had seen while we fought our way through WI.
Stayed 2 days in Appleton, got our bikes done at FuelMoto, and planned to head through Michigan the next day.
That night, the dams broke in Michigan, I am sure you heard about it.
Rain and storms that whole week predicted, all the way to New York, so we said screw it, and went south.
We never touched another interstate for 4000 miles after that.
Back roads through IL, MO, KY, TN, AR, OK, CO, UT (did take 70 through UT, it was awesome!) NV, ID

6000 miles, 16 states, 13 days.

It was quite a ride! What I learned most is, I like my side of the Rockies!
