That's rust coming back through the paint. The body shop didn't prep and neutralize the rust. Had they neutralized it, it wouldn't have spread anymore. How longs it been since it was painted?

All rust, after 2 years about all you can do is start trying to stop it yourself or have the thing done completely again. But by a different shop.:(

Ooh... that ain't no good... where'd ya get it painted at?

Some relatives own a body shop about 20 minutes away.

Well at least they're your relatives. I hate to say it, but it ain't gonna stop. Rust will come back unless it's cut out our neutralized. The neutralizer will stop it and it's cheaper then replacing body panels. The paint looks good though, but I would recommend looking into that rust man. That stuff creeps and destroys a vehicle if left untreated.

That's what the guy said. "It's just like cancer"
