Also, what is the GVWR of the RV?

I'm assuming its below 26k and that would make sense. Any vehicle 26,001 or more GVWR will require a class A license.

Is the RV a rocket? If it's a rocket, it will require a Class A license. Or, if it's a blue whale. If it's a blue whale, it will require a Class A license. At least in some states it does. Not sure if that's every day of the week though or just Tuesdays and Sundays. If your whale is listed as a porpoise though, you got lucky because porpoises are treated as a Volkswagen Golf which doesn't require a Class A license. Meatloaf.
