mechanical injection. Using an fuel distributor and airflow sensor plate to control injectors.
I have had many of these engines. rebuilt them for years Came out in 1981 -1984
then Volvo went to the B230 tubo
anyway Put a racing turbo on mine and doubled the boost. A real fast 4 cyl square box Volvo 240 series
I just loved racing the Mustang 5.0 back then.
