Highly respectable, amazing suspension, etc.

I'll take a Challenger SRT8

Aww man,you can't compare an SRT8 to the ZL1,it compares to the SS,but not the ZL1,the SRT8 doesn't have the engine, suspension,or brakes the ZL1 has.
The ZL1 is a whole different level over the SRT8,Camaro SS,and Mustang GT.

I'll give Dodge credit, the Challenger is a damn good lookin' car, probably the best looking one as far as the "old school" modern muscle cars go,I mean when I see a new Challenger on the road I have to look twice to make sure its not a 1970 Challenger, the Camaro and "Rustang" (as we call them on my Camaro forum!) on the other hand look "brand-new" right away as soon as you see them.

The srt8 has the foundation for big horsepower with its new hemi. Add $1500 to the 6.4 and it can bring out more horses than the ZL1.

Yeah,A lot of guys are getting more power from their SS's with upgrades over what a stock ZL1 will have as well,I know one guy who is at 650+ rwhp with his '10 SS,but....he's had to put a lot of money in it to do so,and he still doesn't have the ZL1's sweet MRC suspension system.
By comparison I'm only sitting at around 420-430 rwhp with the mods. I've done on mine (CAI,air scoop,long-tube headers,hi-flow cats,cat-back,tune)

9.1 compression? Does that mean it will run 87 octane? Isn't it 10 and over for premium?
No, it is supercharged so that increases cylinder pressures. The compression is lower because if you ran forced induction on a high compression motor, you'd have to run race gas.

Or ethanol :jester:

Anyway, the ZL-1 is a bad ass.
