Just thought I'd give a little update.

The dash is still out. I ended up buying a long overhead console with HomeLink off eBay for $42 (same gray carpet as my truck has) and I got a wiring harness from the junkyard for $20. Now I just need to figure it all out. :uhoh:

A Black Bear Performance tune is in the works. I'll be sending off my ECM Monday.

New Parts (so far)
Factory CD Player
Replacement Dash
Factory 99+ steering wheel & airbag
Anzo Projector Chrome Headlights - 111016
APC Parking Lights - 403027CLD
Hella 500FF 55w Driving Lamps - 5750941
Reproduction Factory Style Grill (eBay)
Factory Overhead Console - long (Examples of long and short)
Factory Wiring Harness for Overhead Console
Gibson Cat-back Stainless Steel exhaust - 614434
MagnaFlow header-to-post-cat (stainless) - 93227
mud flaps (courtesy of davbell22602)

Parts to I'd still like to get

Oxygen Sensors (x3)
Husky Liners floor liners (front & rear)
Volant CAI

After these few parts remaining, no more stuff is getting put in/thrown at it other than paint/body work. This truck should last me a VERY long time once all the body work is done!

Right now my biggest hold-up is wiring. I need to find a day where my dad and I are not busy so he can help me solder everything. I also need to figure it out for the overhead console).....still working on that. After all my wiring is done, the dash is going back in! Once that is done, I'm still hoping to redo the bed this summer. I really hope this happens!

I like that they sit higher than the standard 4x4. I'm hoping this will help keep it out of the salt better, that and a little better visibility (it is almost as high as my Z71; probably seat height is ~3in lower). The drawback to this is that the MPG drops....like a rock. A friend use to have one of these with an Auto. He got 1-2mpg better than my Z71. We'll see what I get, but I'm hoping for 2-4mpg better.

Just so you know, it took me 5 months to find a 5spd 4x4 (searching for ZR2's and regular 4x4's). I can fine 2wd 5spd all day long.
Thanks Scott. (and I see what you did there. I had no problem catching a little shit for a pic. All in good fun!)

There is a bulge where the projector is on the headlights. You really can't tell at all until you get up close to them.
