Alright, I read over the manual quick and highlighted a bunch of stuff. This is straight from the manual.
-4 aluminum spacers (2-black). Locate the 2 black spacers that are 5/16" thick with a 3/8" hole
-a piece of 1 5/8" diameter split loom cover
-two most outside hex head bolts (10x100mm) and washers
-two round aluminum spacers (3/8" hole and 3/8" thick)
-remaining 10x100mm bolts and washers
-two 3/8-16x1" long counter sunk torx head bolts
-10x30mm Allen bolt and washer
-two pre-assembled 3" diameter steel idler pulleys (I'm guessing these are the two pulleys; one of which I don't have)
-new accessory/supercharger drive belt (KO61115). Use belt KO61120 on engines with large-case alternator
-6x45mm stud, nut & washer (this is for mounting the throttle body)
-two 6x30mm Allen bolts and washers (this is for mounting the throttle body)
-3 3/8" diameter, 2 1/2" long piece of orange silicone hose
-two #52 clamps
-6mm Allen bolts (two 6x30mm and one 6x65mm) and washers
-IAT extension cord (I may or may not have this; I'll check)
-3 1/2" diameter hose
-#60 clamps (two I think)
There's mention of a "new bracket" for holding the throttle cable and cruise control cable. If there is suppose to be a new bracket, I don't have it and will have to find it also
At this point, I'm not really worried about finding anything except for the bypass valve (my number one concern), idler pulley, 2 5/8" pulley (for the main drive on the S/C), and the throttle cable bracket. I'm more concerned with the "hard parts" before the screws and bolts which I can probably easily find and order
Just quickly reading the manual, the driver's and passenger's valve covers will be switched around, the engine hoist bracket by the A/C compressor will be removed, and maybe a few other small things.
