No, that's not a banana in my pants.
Yeah, I noticed that the leak got slower since I checked the oil filter. But I didn't actually think I had a defective filter. So when I changed my oil I cleaned everything really good. Now over a week later and its still bone dry, so it had to be the filter.
And I do still have the filter, I might ship it to Amsoil and see what they have to say about it.
