As some of you know, I sold my '08 Sierra and bought a new '12 Denali through some dumb luck. I sealed the deal on Monday morning.

It was built the 2nd week in May and arrived at the dealer lot last Wednesday. I was the first (and only so far) to drive it.

It's not completely loaded. Its missing navigation, the rear entertainment package, and the rear sliding window. I do wish it had navigation but I could careless about the other two.

I didn't let them detail it because I was in a hurry (friends were in town for the long weekend) but mostly because I rather do the initial clean/detail myself. So a full detail is planned for this weekend if I have time.

Love the truck so far but I would be lying if I said I didn't miss my old truck. It was a damn good truck and I had planned on keeping it for quite a while had this not slapped me in the face.

Ha. I took the dealer sticker off after I took the pics. I will de-badge the tailgate eventually and the "Denali" on the doors. I'm torn about the chrome door handles and chrome trim. I know its the Denali look but I'm not a huge fan of it. I'll give it some time and see if it grows on me but I'll probably take the chrome handles off and put painted handles on. Not sure about the trim.

I also want to get rid of the fake "wood" trim inside and replace it with the brushed aluminum that comes in the All Terrains. The problem there is the steering wheel has the "wood" so I may just leave it alone.
