Arrived to Le Havre 37.000$. To exit from the custom area : you pay 10% for the customs on the total, after 19.6% for VAT on the total, and 1400$ for the port (extract from container etc..).
The Euro must be 40% up to the USD or it is too expensive.
For a new car you also add 10% on the total.
The 10% customs are for the cars or SUV, for a pickup is 22% because the chicken battle
