So far the tally is three gears & one bearing

The shift forks(3)are OK,the pieces I thought were shift forks were actually parts of a gear.

Found a trans on eBay & bought it.

Should get it sat. or so....

Also ordered a complete gasket set from our local Honda shop.

Time for the big bore kit!

The only thing the 85s lack is bottom end torque for bigger riders. We were going to do the 115cc kit (I think that was the size) to the RM. There was a flywheel weight kit, too

If it was my bike that would be tempting Those kits can make a fun bike into a rocket

But as it is the trans is FUBAR

Looks like fun!
