Have a friend who's teenage son lent a friend this bike and crashed it hard.Now it barely starts and when it does it won't shift out of 1st. and the kick starter won't return.Another friend of hers took it apart and(I believe)got in over his head.So now it's in boxes and I get to fiddle with it :thumbs:

I'll post up some pics once it we get some daylight and I can take a few.

I'm looking forward to the challenge :thumbs:

Those are a blast. I still have my son's RM85 in the shed. I got it going last year again, those little bikes rip!

Narry a beer was consumed,got so involved forgot to drink :( I know disappointing.

A little progress though,got to the point where I can split the cases but need bolts I don't have.I 'll make 'em today.

was able to fish some broken pieces out through a small hole,a couple of shift forks and some gear teeth


This engine's bottom end is FUBAR.Already got one located on CL.I'll call him in the morning.
