After reading a bunch of stuff on here and other places, i couldnt find the answer. So right now i have the RC 2in level on my truck. I plan to take the RC OFF my truck and replace with the 5100's level shocks from bilstein. Then i want to add the .5 top spacer rendering me close to 2.5 of lift. I am also adding an AAL and rear 5100s. anyone see any probems with this set up?

At a 2.5" leveling kit in the front your CV axles are going to be at a pretty good angle. I wouldnt do it.

actually i think its a little less than 2.5. the 5100's give 1.77 of lift plus the .5. should put it a tad over 2inches

Leveling kits of over 2 inches have known to eat up front ball joints on the GMT900 trucks. It's a pretty common problem.

Two inches is pushing it. Over two inches is too much.

When I was considering it on my last truck, 1.5" was the most I was personally comfortable with.

A 3" BL looks good on the GMT900 trucks IMO.
