If you want a real treat, put smaller tires on the truck

They are 285/60/18..... They're only about an inch taller than stock.. They are only 31.5" tall compared to 29.5" for the stockers.... I think it's going to be impressive!! Hoping anyway.

Right! I forgot that you're a GMT800... Smaller factory tires than the GMT900....

It's gonna go pretty good on 4.56s...

Got it back today.... Totally quiet, no gear noise at all... In going to spend a little time on break in and give it a few heat cycles before getting on it too hard..... Surprisingly, I don't think the mileage is going to be effected too much... Looks like I'm getting around 15.2 so far.... I picked up about 5-6 inches of vacuum on my boost gauge at 55 indicating that it's not owning the throttle much to go down the road. It does run a higher rpm, but with less throttle opening it kind of evens out the milage thing....
