I haven't had mine on the highway yet. Don't know what kind of mileage to expect.

MOST of my miles are freeway miles around here. So, my #'s are probably higher than a lot of folks' #'s.. I also try to not get in TOO much of a hurry on a regular basis.. We'll see how it does! I'm figuring on at 50-60% increase in fuel cost vs. the Accord.. maybe even more than that. :dunno:

The fuel economy is about the only thing I'll miss on the Accord. :uhoh:

Nice rig! :D

For more info than anyone ever wanted about my mileage, click-clicky:

Ignore the "highway %" it was mostly 50/50 city/highway for my commute before I quit. The DIC in the truck is definitely optimistic, but I still can't complain about that mileage in a full-size truck.

Thanks! Yeah, I remember the DIC on the Sierra being 1.5 - 2 MPG optimistic. So, it wouldn't surprise me if the same is true here.

The city vs. highway thing... A LOT of my "city" driving is on freeways, but there's a good percentage of it that's running back & forth to work with some rush hour traffic b.s. So, if I'm not on the road, I count it as city.

When I fill up the truck the first time, I'll add it to Fuelly, too.
