My dads 80 model custom deluxe was the metallic grey.....trying to stay away from the factory colors for those years.

I want something that really stands out, because after the truck is done I'm thinking of offerering it back to him in exchange for mine....that way he'd have the badass truck he's always wanted but never had the money to build....At least it runs like a scalded ape

If you're looking for a vintage/stock resto-custom look spray it tan. Hell maybe even a two-tone paint job. Throw on some 22" Torq Thrust and roll!
