Wow, that's a hell of a price increase from a couple of years ago. Maybe because mine were bare stainless?
The studs are the way to go, the right rear-most bolt will be the toughest. Remove the inner fenders and it will make the job so much easier.
Also watch for clearance issues with the steering shaft, the DynaTech headers came with a bolt to install in the shaft, it had a thinner head.
